Information We Collect
Information from Shopify APIs
The App accesses limited store data from Shopify to provide discount functionality, including:
- Store information (shop domain and basic installation metadata).
- Product metafields used to determine add-on eligibility and discount amount.
- Discount configuration data stored as app-owned metafields.
- Cart line and product information needed to calculate discounts at checkout.
Information from Merchants
We do not collect information directly from merchants outside of what Shopify provides through the APIs for app functionality.
Information from Customers
The App does not collect personal information directly from merchants' customers and does not place cookies or tracking technologies on customer devices. Discount calculations are performed within Shopify checkout and are not stored by the App.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above solely to provide the App's discount functionality and related support.
Data Retention
The App does not store personal information. Any data processed for discount calculation is transient. Hosting providers may retain standard server access logs for security and operational purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. We only use Shopify and our hosting providers to operate the App.
International Transfers
Our servers are hosted by third-party providers. Data may be processed in the country where our servers are located. If we transfer personal data across borders, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.
Data Rights
Individuals may have rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data. If you are a merchant and would like to submit a request, contact us using the details below. We also respond to Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.
